"Really easy site to use"
PONY-O was easy to use right from the start. I didn’t have to click all over the place or sit there wondering where anything was, which was nice... especially since I don’t have a ton of patience for confusing sites.
Everything loaded fine, and the steps were clear enough for me to follow without overthinking it. I’m not super techy, so when a site just kind of makes sense, that goes a long way. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Decent, but I expected a little more"
i mean, it’s not a bad product at all. I ordered from PONY-O and when it showed up, it looked nice enough, but the material felt a little cheaper in person than it did in the photos.
It still does what it’s supposed to do, so I don’t regret buying it. I just think for the price, the quality could’ve been a bit better. Overall, it’s kind of average.

"Shipping was honestly really quick"
I ordered from ponyo.com and, like, it showed up way faster than I expected. I got the tracking info quickly too, so that was nice. No issues at all, just glad the shipping didn’t take forever.

"I’ve been using the Pony-O for a while..."
I’ve been using the Pony-O for a while now, my ponytails feel a lot less tight. Common sense, but if something isn’t pulling and digging into your hair like a regular elastic, it’s probably going to cause less breakage. It took me a couple tries to figure out the best way to put it in, but once I got it, it’s been working really well.

"Kinda Surprised by the All-Day Hold"
I got my Pony-O mostly because regular hair ties always seem to slide out on me after a while. I have thick hair, so I wasn’t totally sure it would work, but it actually kept my hair up all day.
It did take me a couple tries to figure out the best way to put it in, but once I got it, it felt secure without pulling or feeling weird. I’m kinda really happy with how well it holds

It holds my hair well for a few hours, but by the end of the day it starts slipping. It’s not terrible, I just thought it would do a better job. I also felt a bit ignored since it doesn’t really seem to handle my hair the way I hoped it would...

"Good value from my experience"
I tried ponyo.com recently, and for me it was definitely worth the price. The costs felt fair, and I didn’t get that feeling like I was being charged extra for simple things. "It was okay, but don’t last too long"
